Way before women could vote, they ran for public office, including the highest office, the Presidency of the United States. They ran for the same reason men did, to talk about the issues in the United States.Gender is probably the most restricting force in American life. Hilary Clinton has claimed that, " Research shows the presence of women raises the standards of ethical* behavior and lowers corruption*." One of Hilary Clinton's confidante*, Betsey Wright once bragged that women "represent an ethical and pure force" in politics. Hilary has recently stated that a female president would represent a "sea change in our country" Jo- Ann- Davidson, co- chair of the Republican National Committee, has also argued saying that, " We have better public policy when more women are at the table." - Sahiba
